In recent years, especially in the post-pandemic period, with intensive use of digital technologies, organizations in La Boca neighborhood acquired a central face-to-face role as a form of critical containment in the face of urban transformation processes.<\/span><\/p>

In this new dynamic, in which public and private programs are intertwined, the museum is present to link different groups and disciplines from La Boca, attentive to the diversity of visions, practices and knowledge linked to the construction of local identity.<\/span><\/p>

The first research project, \u201cArchaeologies and Communities: 21st-Century Archaeological Research and Collections, La Boca,\u201d focused on documenting the neighborhood's archaeological collections to identify diverse areas of interest. In this regard, the museum seeks to bring together cultural figures committed to scientific knowledge, drawing on archaeology, to develop a citizen science program capable of addressing various issues related to the local historical landscape. This initiative led to the creation of professional records and the production of both textual and visual documents.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Caring for the planet and raising awareness about the importance of water are part of the contemporary agenda, evident in the work of numerous local organizations, groups, collectives, and artists who use the Riachuelo River and its banks as focal points to address issues such as fires and pollution. Likewise, the maritime mindset of these participants is rooted in a tradition linked to the port's cultural history. In this context, the array of local practices\u2014ranging from after-school tutoring at the fire station to initiatives focused on recovering archives and memories of La Boca\u2014forms an affective and collaborative framework for conceiving and developing a Citizen Science Program together.<\/span><\/p>

With the aim of facilitating in-person meetings and fostering discussion around the maritime consciousness of the port city, the museum invites leading figures, artists, and collectives to participate in the board game \"The Values \u200b\u200bof Water.\" <\/span>

En esta nueva din\u00e1mica, en la que se entrelazan programas p\u00fablicos y privados, el museo se hace presente para vincular distintos grupos y disciplinas boquenses, atento a la diversidad de visiones, pr\u00e1cticas y saberes vinculados a la construcci\u00f3n de la identidad local. El primer proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n, \u201cArqueolog\u00edas y Comunidades. Investigaciones y Colecciones Arqueol\u00f3gicas del siglo XXI, La Boca\u201d, se centr\u00f3 en el reconocimiento de las colecciones arqueol\u00f3gicas del barrio con el objetivo de identificar diferentes intereses. En este sentido, el museo busca reunir, desde la arqueolog\u00eda, a referentes culturales con compromiso con el conocimiento cient\u00edfico para generar un programa de ciencia ciudadana capaz de abordar distintos problemas del paisaje hist\u00f3rico local. A partir de esta convocatoria, se realizaron registros personales y la producci\u00f3n de documentos tanto textuales como visuales. Convocatoria al juego \u201cLos valores del agua\u201d El cuidado del planeta y la toma de conciencia sobre la importancia del agua forman parte de la agenda contempor\u00e1nea, visible en las producciones de numerosas organizaciones, grupos, colectivos y artistas locales que toman al Riachuelo y sus orillas como ejes para abordar problem\u00e1ticas como los incendios y la contaminaci\u00f3n. Asimismo, la mentalidad mar\u00edtima de sus participantes se inscribe en una tradici\u00f3n vinculada a la historia cultural del puerto. En este contexto, el conjunto de pr\u00e1cticas locales \u2014que incluye desde acciones de apoyo escolar en la estaci\u00f3n de bomberos hasta emprendimientos orientados a la recuperaci\u00f3n de archivos y memorias boquenses\u2014 constituye un entramado afectivo y colaborativo para pensar y desarrollar en conjunto un Programa de Ciencia Ciudadana. Con el objetivo de facilitar los encuentros presenciales y fomentar la discusi\u00f3n en torno a la conciencia mar\u00edtima de la ciudad portuaria, el museo convoca a referentes, artistas y colectivos a participar del juego de mesa \u201cLos valores del agua\u201d.
