The La Boca Archaeological Museum Foundation (MusA Boca) develops archaeology and citizen science projects in the heritage field. <\/span><\/p>

MusA Boca implements interdisciplinary work methodologies and promotes research and training opportunities, such as studies, lectures, and surveys. It also offers activities open to the community, such as guided tours and participatory projects. These actions are part of initiatives with an international reach. <\/span>Estas acciones forman parte de iniciativas con proyecci\u00f3n internacional. <\/span><\/p>

Marjan Grum Tenement Museum Headquarters<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

MusA Boca's legal headquarters are in the \"Marjan Grum\" Tenement Museum. This former tenement building was restored as a cultural space in the late 1980s, combining the site museum, workshop, and gallery. It was declared a Site of Cultural Interest by the Buenos Aires City Legislature in 2003. Since 2018, MusA Boca has housed a museum room there, displaying objects and documents that illustrate the natural and cultural history of the La Boca neighborhood through archaeological and historical studies and discoveries.<\/span>

The MusA Boca also features a research cabinet and activities at the Cromwell marine mechanic\u00b4s workshop. Currently operating, Cromwell & Co. & Cia. Marine and General Engineers, provides services in Argentina since 1903. It preserves lathes and equipment for marine mechanics and applied engineering, dating from the steam era to the present day. There, knowledge related to the marine and railway industries, as well as the port tradition of Buenos Aires, is preserved.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
